Why cut funding to such an important organization?

He ain't my president!!! I didn't vote for him although I didn't really like McCain a lot. But the bottom line is that anyone could see he was not qualified and had policies that would hurt rather than help. But there are a lot of racist people voting today with a give me a handout attitude.
