Rush Limbaugh doesn't know the Constitution from the Declaration of Independence?

Rush the Porkulus Pill Poppers listener's don't know that he changes everything according to what ever his pills tell him to say. Remember the whale is mixed up. He didn't run for President last year & now wants to debate the President. The guy misses the boat more than he sinks it. He was one of the main reasons the reps. lost the election & now with Obama at 80% favorable rating & Rush at 20% it is so funny for the dems to see him. I just want to know when SNL is going to get a Jindal, Steele & Rush on there. I am still laughing at their Tina Fey/Palin skits.
