I got hypnotized and feel so relax how do I stop?

I feel so relax rite when I stand up I dont even wanna move.and the guy said everytime I lay my head on a pillow I will get sleepy and I did but how can I stop feeling relax I now its a weird question but it feels weird.so how do I stop?
