Is she a real friend?

ok so this girl,jess claims to really care about me but says im really awkward to be around and that ive changed a ton but cant give me any examples on how. today i got a new dvd that i was super excited about i told her and she called me queer, i really care about her and im really nice to her, i congratulate her after every track meet i try to help her solve her problems and the more im friends with her the less feelings i think i have for her. is she a real friend?
