Doctors help! I have 2 small pea sized lumps on the back of my head what is it?

Well I was taking a shower and I had a little pain on my neck as I pulled a little on my hair... so I started felling around to see what it was and I felt 2 hard little lumps on the back of my head around the hair line and it hurts when I touch them what could this be help I'm scared!
