I am painting my plain hookah that i just bought and want a cool theme to go by.?

It is a 36" tall hookah with a plain frosted gl "vase" part (pardon me, I don't know the specific names for these pieces) there is a silver shaft/parth that goes on to of the vase, there are blue hoses with brown wood ends. I want a cool theme to paint on the vase part of this hookah. I bought a plain one on purpose so I could paint it, but I am having an artist's block. Any cool ideas on what to paint?
