Those who have experience with spirits, magic, or psychic energy... Anyone experienced this kind of thing?

I'm interested in knowing if anyone else has experienced this type of event. About two years ago I was in the middle of a very stressful time in my life and I had some very nagging questions that I wanted answers to. Who doesn't? But I wasn't expecting to get such lucid answers! One night as I was sleeping I had a very unremarkable dream, but it stuck with me. The dream was simply like staring at a white screen, illuminated from within. As I stared at the screen I asked two very specific questions and almost immediately I received answers- very to-the-point, very clear. There was no explanation following the answers. They were short and sweet. At first I didn't think much of it, but I've found that in the two years since the answers I received have been more or less correct. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? If you have, what was it like and has it happened multiple times? Opinions? Is there a way to intentionally access this state in the future?
