No Access Due to DEP.?

Cant access the bank's webpage services and error message is due to DEP. It was working fine till hd an attacked by virus "Total Security". But is has since been rid of. Understand it (DEP) was disabled but system says it is not. Any help fro you Gurus out there to able to access the webpage as before again? Thanks a million.
