Is there anything wrong with igametester company?

I was looking for a job dealing with video games. And as I live in North Carolina, there is not much in my area, except for the triangle area. I found a group called igametester. What are they? It appears on the site, all they do is give you information on how to get a job as a beta tester for games, but not a job itself. Does anyone know anything about these guys? Any information, other than their website will be happily taken. Thanks.
