Is General Giap wanted by US authorities?
Since the US always tries to prosecute leading individuals of regimes which resisted American might (e.g. Noriega, Saddam, Mullah Omar) is General Vo Nguyen Giap of Vietnam (who is still alive in 2010) listed as wanted by US authorities? Could he travel to the US without risking arrest?
