Do all DDR X arcade stations have crappy dance pads?

ok i live in homestead florida and i like going to GAME WORKS and all i do is play DDR and now they have DDR X but the pad isn't very sensitive actually i weigh 210lbs (thanks to shaq 24hr fitness) and i have to stomp on the pad extremely hard fore it to work i haven't won a game yet don't mean to brag but im actually a really good player and i kick 4SS on the other ones and to top it all of ive been waiting for DDR X at game works for 8 month before you can tell im very disapointed so iwant to know are they all like that or shuld i complain im a regular so i dont want to cause a scene for nothing
