What's a good cardio-kickboxing routine I can do at home?

I love cardio-kickboxing, but can't afford my gym right now. I want to do it on my own at home instead. Do you know of any good kickboxing routines?

Chad Ochocinco or Brandon Marshall?

Thats an easy question. Ocho all the way. If your thinking about the 540 yard, 4 td season last year, forget about that. He is focused, happy & healthy this year, 3 things he was NOT last year. On top of that, Carson Palmer is back. 1400 yards, 9tds for chad this year. And really that was his normal numbers before last year anyway. Now Marshall has red flags all over him. A bad QB, a system he has refused to learn, etc. I actually traded Marshall for his teammate Eddie Royal & Reggie Bush. Marshall will have the type of year that Chad had last year, so take the receiver on the rebound.

did u delete the igoogle from your add or remove programs? If u did im not sure what to tell u. U may need to do a system restore before u put the igoogle on!

I've been hypnotized.?

So...I got hypnotized at this Sorority party the other night by one of my friends boyfriend during Rush week. It was awesome and felt great, the only thing was I don't remember any of the crazy things they said I did. Is that normal?

Is there a movie out there that's just awe inspiring with military bunkers, zombies, y elite military outfits?

I just have this avidity for something dark and really intense. If anyone saw Metallica's, "All Nightmare Long," video or the new Predators film that is definitely the route I'm trying to go with. Some of ya'll movie fans are going to suggest something old school like a B-movie, but while I appreciate this, I'm looking for something contemporary. Please someone bless me with a good answer and you'll be liberating a thousand other people looking for a similar movie.

Fairness at school?

I had surgery on April 7th, when my dad went up to get my homework they said that even though I have a note about not being able to lift over 20 pounds or that I'm not supposed to exert myself they won't allow me to use the elevator unless my surgen & doctor calls to tell them. Is this fair?
